Obaproof Latex 777 cement modifier is a water-resistant bonding agent and mortar-strengthening additive, ready to use material.

 

Uses:

Tile fixing mortars, concrete repair mortars, floor screeds, wall plaster thin layer. patching mortars, new and old concrete bonding agent & etc.

 

Application:

For Slurry coating: add Obaproof Latex 777 and mix with fresh cement to creamy consistency. Brush well onto the prepared surface.

 

For High-performance waterproofing render ratio: 8 litre of Obaproof Latex 777, 50kg of cement, 150kg of sand, 20kg of water.

 

Coverage:

Cement: 50 KG, Sand: 150 KG, Obaproof Latex 777: 4 Litre, Water: 20 KG

Limitations:

• Do not apply directly over wood surfaces.

• Do not apply on weather exposed horizontal areas or where immersion

in water may occur.

• Minimum ambient and substrate temperature is 5°C during application

and drying period.

• Do not apply as a finish coating.
