OBAPROOF OBA EASY COAT WP - Cementitious Waterproofing Slurry / Easy coat Simen Kalis Air 防水水泥

 

Package include 16L Grey Cement Powder + 4L White Liquid

Obaproof Oba Easy Coat WP is a cementitious two part polymer modified product which is mixed to a slurry consistency and applied to concrete and mortar to provide waterproofing.

 

Obaproof Oba Easy Coat WP will bridge pre-existing static hair-line cracks and is effective for waterproofing the following areas:

• Terraces and balconies

• Bathroom floors and walls

• RC gutters

• Planter boxes

 

Characteristics:

• Pre-batched components

• Waterproofs and damp proofs masonry surfaces

• Mixes and applies easily

• Slurry or trowel able consistency

• Good adhesion to sound substrates

 

Consumption:

• Waterproofing of bathrooms, terraces and balconies:

1.0 kg/m2 per coat, minimum 2 coats.

• Waterproofing coating up to 1 m waterhead:

1.5 kg/m2 per coat, minimum 2 coats.

• Waterproofing coating more than 1 m waterhead:

2.0 kg/m2 per coat, minimum 2 coats.

 

Note: Obaproof Oba Easy Coat WP must be applied in a minimum of 2 coats.

3 coats may be required in areas of extremely high infiltration.

 

Pot Life:

30 minutes at 30 °C (maximum open time). Potlife is shorter at higher temperatures.

 

Waiting Time / Overcoating:

For overcoating with cementitious materials, allow the second coat to harden for at least 3 days prior to overcoating.

For overcoating with non-cementitious materials, please refer to our Technical Service Department.

•Shelf Life

: 6 months from the date of production

 

• Storage Conditions

: Store properly in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in

dry conditions at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C. Protect from direct sunlight, rain and water.

 

• Density

:~2.0 kg/l (Parts A + B mixed)

 

• Tensile Adhesion Strength

: 0.5 N/mm2 (on concrete)
