Supplied as a 25KG set (Part A: 5KG Liquid Polymer + Part B: 20KG Cement Powder), it forms a durable waterproof barrier with excellent adhesion to concrete, mortar, brickwork, and cement render.

Ideal for both interior and exterior waterproofing, Sika Top Seal 107 is widely used for bathrooms, toilets, balconies, terraces, water tanks, basements, retaining walls, swimming pools, concrete roofs, and foundation walls.
