The SikaTop® Seal-107 Fibre is a premium one-component fibre reinforced cementitious waterproofing mortar designed to provide reliable waterproofing and damp-proofing for concrete, cement render, brickwork, and blockwork. Its advanced formulation combines cement, selected aggregates, synthetic resins, and reinforcing fibres to create a durable, water-resistant protective coating with excellent adhesion.

Unlike conventional two-component waterproofing systems, SikaTop® Seal-107 Fibre requires only the addition of clean water before application, making it easy to mix and apply. It forms a rigid waterproof barrier while remaining permeable to water vapour, helping to protect structures from water ingress, dampness, and carbonation.

Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, it is ideal for waterproofing bathrooms, toilets, water tanks, basements, retaining walls, terraces, balconies, gutters, planter boxes, and concrete structures. It is also approved for contact with potable water in accordance with relevant standards.
