The SikaTop® Seal-109 MY is a premium 2-part polymer-modified flexible cementitious waterproofing coating designed to protect concrete and mortar surfaces against water penetration, moisture, and aggressive environmental conditions. It forms a seamless, flexible waterproof membrane with excellent crack-bridging ability, making it ideal for long-term waterproofing and concrete protection.

Supplied as a 36KG set (Part A: 10KG Liquid Polymer + Part B: 26KG Cement Powder), SikaTop® Seal-109 MY offers outstanding adhesion to concrete, cement render, brickwork, and masonry. It is easy to mix and apply by brush or roller, making it suitable for professional contractors and renovation projects.

Ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial construction, it is widely used for waterproofing bathrooms, balconies, terraces, basements, retaining walls, swimming pools, water tanks, RC gutters, planter boxes, bridges, and concrete structures. It also helps protect concrete from carbonation, frost, and de-icing salts while remaining non-toxic after curing.
