The Sikalastic®-1 KMY is a premium one-component fibre reinforced flexible cementitious waterproofing mortar designed to provide long-lasting waterproof protection for concrete and masonry structures. Formulated with cement, special alkali-resistant polymers, selected aggregates, waterproofing additives, and reinforcing fibres, it creates a durable and flexible waterproof membrane with excellent crack-bridging properties.

Unlike conventional two-component waterproofing systems, Sikalastic®-1 KMY only requires the addition of clean water before application, making it fast, convenient, and easy to use. It can be applied by brush, roller, or trowel, even on damp substrates, while providing excellent adhesion to concrete, cement render, brickwork, stone, ceramic tiles, and timber.

Ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, it is widely used for waterproofing bathrooms, balconies, terraces, basements, swimming pools, water tanks, retaining walls, concrete roofs, external walls, and planter boxes. It is also SPAN approved for potable water applications in Malaysia.
