The Sika® MultiSeal® AP is a premium self-adhesive rubber modified bituminous sealing tape laminated with a durable aluminium foil surface. It is specially designed for fast and effective waterproof sealing and repair of roofs, gutters, flashing, metal sheets, and other building elements exposed to water ingress. The tape provides a weatherproof, flexible, and long-lasting seal without the need for heating or special tools.

Featuring excellent adhesion to a wide range of construction materials, Sika® MultiSeal® AP is easy to install by simply removing the release film and applying pressure to the surface.
