PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SikaWall®-198 Finish 2-in-1 is a premium quality cementitious fine finishing coat specially formulated for smoothing and levelling walls and ceilings. Its 2-in-1 formulation provides a convenient solution for wall finishing, helping reduce the number of application stages while providing a smooth and fine architectural finish.

Suitable for both internal and external wall applications, SikaWall®-198 Finish 2-in-1 can be applied on a wide range of common construction substrates including concrete surfaces, lightweight concrete slabs, precast panels, soffits, brickwalls, lightweight aerated blocks and rendered surfaces.

The cementitious skimcoat provides good adhesion, durability and flexibility, while its easy-to-mix formulation only requires the addition of clean water. It can be applied manually using a steel trowel and is also suitable for spray application.

SikaWall®-198 Finish 2-in-1 can be applied at approximately 1–3 mm per layer, with a maximum total build-up thickness of 6 mm. The thickness can be adjusted according to the substrate condition, helping to minimise material wastage.

MIXING RATIO

25 kg bag: approximately 7.75–8.75 L of water

40 kg bag: approximately 12.4–14.0 L of water

Mix with clean water using a suitable power drill whisk until a smooth and consistent mortar is achieved.
