PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SikaWall®-603 Acrylic is a ready-to-use acrylic skim coat and smoothing rendering paste designed for levelling uneven surfaces and repairing minor surface defects on walls and ceilings. It provides a smooth white finish and excellent trowelability, making it suitable for interior and exterior wall finishing applications.

The ready-to-use formulation requires no mixing with water or other materials, providing a convenient solution for contractors, renovators and homeowners. It can be applied directly using a clean stainless steel trowel to create a flat and smooth surface before painting or other decorative finishes.

SikaWall®-603 Acrylic is suitable for concrete, plaster, brickwall plaster, lightweight block plaster and drywall surfaces, including gypsum boards, cement boards and plaster boards. It can help eliminate surface imperfections such as grooves, seams, fine cracks and blowholes.

With an application thickness of approximately 0.3–4.0 mm, good weather resistance and an overpaintable smooth finish, SikaWall®-603 Acrylic is suitable for residential construction, renovation and interior/exterior wall finishing projects.

APPLICATION NOTES

SikaWall®-603 Acrylic is supplied ready to use and should not be mixed with water or other materials. For successful resurfacing, Sika recommends applying two separate coats, with the first coat used to fill minor surface defects.

For exterior applications, the finished skimcoat surface should be painted as recommended by Sika. The product should not be applied over damp or frozen substrates and is not intended for wet areas or continuously immersed applications.
